Unable to failover when reboot Redis Master node

I have 3 nodes Redis HA installed/configured with version 7.0.5. When I manually switch to other node via the command SLAVEOF NewMaster Port , I am able to see the new node as master role. However when I reboot the Master Node, I am not able to see failover means the Master keep Master and does not perform failover

I’m unable to follow the question - please provide all the details about the setup, what you’re doing, as well as the desired and actual outcome.

Note that "failover"s aren’t persisted to the configuration file, unless you explicitly issue a CONFIG REWRITE.
